- Meeting Facilitation: Leads weekly team meetings, oversees planning sessions, and ensures all officers are supported in their roles.
- Program Oversight: Approves event proposals, monitors progress, and ensures quality and consistency across all club initiatives.
🔷 Vice President – Dylan Strunk
- Event Coordination: Manages logistics for workshops, mock interviews, and speaker panels, including room bookings and tech setup.
- Volunteer Management: Recruits and organizes student volunteers to assist with events and peer mentoring.
- Operational Support: Acts as second-in-command, stepping in for the President when needed and helping resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Feedback Collection: Gathers post-event evaluations and member input to improve future programming.

- Budget Planning: Develops and maintains the club’s financial plan, ensuring funds are allocated effectively across events and materials.
- Funding & Grants: Applies for Student Government Association (SGA) funding and external grants to support club growth.
- Expense Tracking: Maintains records of all purchases, reimbursements, and financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Presents budget updates during officer meetings and prepares end-of-semester financial summaries.
🔷 Publicity Manager – Tyler Wetzel
- Marketing Strategy: Designs and executes promotional campaigns for events using flyers, email blasts, and social media.
- Content Creation: Develops graphics, videos, and written posts to engage students and highlight club successes.
- Campus Outreach: Coordinates with other student organizations and departments to cross-promote initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensures consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
